When colours are no longer used as accents, but dominate instead, you get FEP1. Bright and prominent colour blocks are used on the pantry floor, walls AND ceiling, transporting you into a surreal world of bright green. Blues, reds and orange are strategically used against muted backgrounds.

Sharp slashes on the ceiling filled in with bright colours against white gives movement and dynamism in an otherwise simple space. Vertical and horizontal lines are used to the same effect. It takes a level of restraint to not go overboard with the colours, as the space manages to harmonize bright and muted colours without being overpowering nor distracting to the occupants. Think of the whites as canvas while the colours are content on a painting, telling stories that have to be experienced first-hand by being in the space.
