For the call centre of KFC and Pizza Hut, dividing walls are merely suggestions instead of restrictions as transparent glass dividers are used in between spaces. Movement and activities of its occupants are not shied upon, instead they are celebrated, creating a different form of dynamism. You’ll be able to see people moving across the circulation areas through the glass, while not being distracting as portions of the glass are translucent. 

Organic shapes are used to promote flow and movement within the circulation areas. Corporate colours of the brands under QSR are used as colour schemes to demarcate areas used by the respective company, eliminating the need for prominent and on-the-nose signages.
